Loading ...Here are some useful keyboard short cuts for when you are surfing the web, to make the experience a little more smooth.
Not all of them will work on all computers or all operating systems or all browsers but most should work on most small laptops and notebook computers

| F11 | Makes the screen full so you can see more of a web page on your lap top screen. Especially useful for small lightweight laptops |
| CTRL – M | Shows the desktop, and closes all open windows. Saves time pressing x on all open windows. |
| CTRL – N | Opens a new browser windows with your Home Page. |
| CTRL – F | Adds a little search box at the bottom of your browser to look if a particular word or phrase is within the body text of the web page |
| ALT – F4 | Allows you to close the current windows open. |
| ALT – TAB | Allows you to scroll through the web pages you have open to switch quickly between screens |
| ALT – Print Screen | Allows you to take a snapshot of the screen you are looking at the time of click. Screen shots are useful ways to capture any particular screen. Then paste into any text editor, word processor, like Word, Or Open Office Writer |
| CTRL – C | Highlight and use to copy any selected text |
| CTRL – V | Paste the result of CTRL – C into any text editor or word processing program. |
| CTRL – L | Moves the cursor into the url address or web address bar. |
| CTRL – S | Saves the page you are on |
| CTRL – D | Bookmark the current page you are on. |
| CTRL – ALT – DEL | Gives you a list of processes and applications currently running on your notebook computer. Allows you to select crashed windows and software and end them without having to turn off your lap top computer |
| CTRL – EJECT | Best laptops should all have this function, It launches your seat vertically hovering above your screen giving you an aerial view of your workspace, and an alternative perspective on your design piece. |
it would depend on the type of lap top. there’s alot of innovations, especially on complicated one like apple.
